The brand-new hotel tower, completed in 2024, is located in Hong Kong's famous Kowloon district, near the Benshe Pier and seaside promenade. Townplace West Kowloon takes high-tech industrial design to the next level.
All rooms at Townplace West Kowloon are meticulously designed by internationally renowned interior design company Conran and Partners and famous local architectural design company LAAB Architects.
Townplace West Kowloon curates an impressive collection of locally made art, which is showcased throughout the hotel's interiors. This preserves the area's historical heritage and makes it a hub for cultural talent.
The project introduces an innovative "Aparthotel" model, offering short-term and long-term rental options. Short-term rentals range from daily to monthly options. If you like it at Townplace so much, you could live here for years.

A digital art mural visualizes the elevators' rhythmic movement, so while waiting for your turn, you can see on which floor they are exactly.

The proximity to the sea and the extra-high floor height connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. The thoughtfully designed large glass windows seamlessly integrate the sea view / Victora Harbour with the hotel's layout and design.

The hotel offers various open-plan and one-bedroom units, as well as some two- and three-bedroom options. All room types are carefully designed by a well-known architectural team and range in size from 23 to 80 square meters.
Conran and Partners employed a minimalist, modern industrial style design. They used glass partitions to separate the functional areas of the living room and bedroom while maintaining the flow of light, achieving a balance between privacy and open spaces.

The equipment in the room is so high-tech it takes some time to get used to it. For example, you can use an app to control the light and temperature, play music, and open/close the curtains. So, in the morning, it's enough to press a button on your phone to let the sunshine in.
Another great feature of Townplace's rooms is the built-in USB plugs and international sockets, which means foreigners don't need to bother with converters. That's pretty cool!
