Set on a small hill with views of rolling fields, surrounded by working farms in a fertile valley, Siena House is a quiet retreat in one of the most sought-after areas of Tuscany. Built in the ‘Leopoldina’ style in the 19th Century, the exterior is a gorgeous redbrick farmhouse while the interior is deliciously contemporary.
The decoration is meant to be more “home than hotel” and that is seen in the large windows and airy spaces. Outside there is a swimming pool set in its own lawns near a fragrant garden. Each room has unique features and comes with a TV, luxurious en-suites, and is furnished with local materials. As a B&B, they serve breakfast and which consists of fresh fruit salad, raw juices, bread, yogurt, cakes, and jam. For other meals, there is a fully-equipped guest kitchen and you can even pick your own ingredients from the vegetable garden.
