The San Francisco Proper Hotel is housed in a historic flatiron building in the emerging Mid-Market neighborhood. The world-famed designer Kelly Wearstler was behind the creative works on San Francisco's newest boutique hotel.
Her previous works include the Viceroy Miami, and she is famous for using old-style stately wallpapers.
So, people with wallpaper-fetish will drool all over San Francisco Proper's interiors' strikingly colorful and diverse walls. And when it's not wallpapers, the elegant walls are decorated with a mind-blowing collection of contemporary paintings, as in the hotel's impressive lounge.
The elegant lounge's walls are plastered with artworks, and the large space is filled with various designer sofas. It's an eclectic but surprisingly cozy space to relax or grab some food.
The rooms are designed in a nostalgic retro style with a modern twist. One thing is for sure they are unique!
