Here, you can leisurely experience the charm of the lagoon
Madama Garden Retreat is a discreet beauty that first hides from view, allowing itself to be glimpsed from the Noale River. It then reveals itself by opening the Porta d'Acqua (the watergate).

The Madama Garden Retreat's building underwent a thorough three-year restoration process, a labor of love personally supervised by owner Mara De Guidi.
Aster Suite
This dedication to preserving the hotel's historical charm is evident in the small details.
Camelia Suite
The renovation involved detailed planning, significant structural and architectural work, and interior design. In addition to restoring the building, an engineering system was implemented to protect guests and the interior decorations from the changes in the water level.
Paeonia Suite
The hotel's staff is attentive and present but discreet and sometimes almost invisible. If needed, in a few moments, they will call you a private luxury taxi to take a tour of Burano (an island in the Venetian Lagoon where the hotel is located) or give advice on where to find a bar with natural wines.
Tuberose Suite
Madama Garden Retreat is a destination for adults who want a peaceful and private space to contemplate, read, work, and self-enrich while visiting Venice.
Tulip Suite
The retreat's spaces are divided into 9 suites, furnished with high-class decorations using wood, glass, iron, brass, velvet, silk, and shuttle-woven fabrics.
Mauve Suite bathroom
These materials are traditional to Venice's history and are unified by contemporary design.
Dhalia Suite
Each suite is named after a flower and is differently designed, from the luxurious suite San Felice, overlooking the canal of the same name, to Dhalia and Paeonia, immersed in greenery, to Tulip, which opens onto the view of the Rio da Noale.
Chartreuse Suite - canal view
The boutique hotel focuses on the local bohemian experience: intimate and elegant but not over-the-top or kitschy.
Iris Suite - canal view
The views of the canals in the suites (Mauve & Tulip) in the corner of the building are incredible, and other suites offer river views too.
At Madama, you experience a secluded Venice where you can hide from the crowded streets a few blocks away.
