The contemporary style living space offers up a gourmet kitchen, perfect for hosting a cooking class or simply dining on the optional catered food menu. Peppered with playful decorations fit for a classroom, the space also includes a wooden staircase that leads guests to a game room, complete with a foosball table and jukebox. This old schoolhouse also features a movie theater which can easily be converted into a meeting space.
