In the Fredericksburg city of Texas, you’ll find a hangar which is indeed a hotel – Hangar Hotel. Designed to resemble a WWII hangar, this hotel has fine wood and granite finishing and has many airplane memorabilia, model planes, and other things related to USO history. Designed after old diners, the Airport Diner will take you back into the 1940s with terrazzo floors and black granite counters. You can sit here and devour signature creations like Bomber Burger while marveling at the planes parked nearby.
The hotel has a conference hall, Airport Conference Center, which can seat more than 500 guests and is equipped with modern technology for facilitating private functions and meetings. Alternatively, you could host private parties in Pacific Showroom, which can accommodate 250 guests and has a dance floor too.
