Gateway Canyons Resort is located near the Utah border in Palisade, Western Colorado. This peaceful town is renowned for its peach orchards and derives its name from the adjacent cliffs. The towering Palisade is an isolated hill with steep sides, stretching three miles (4.9 km) in length.

Gateway Canyons chose this breathtaking location, with cliffs, mesas, deep rugged canyons, and a flat desert in the heart of Red Rock Country, to build a village-like resort.
