Euphoria Retreat
Well-being and relaxation are seemingly contradictory concepts, but Euphoria Retreat, the first holistic wellness destination spa in Greece, does a brilliant job of combining them.
The term "hedonism" comes from the Greek word ἡδονή, which stands for pleasure. Euphoria Retreat is a wellness concept where short-term gratifications of body, soul, and spirit are transformed into lasting ones without any drawbacks.
How is that possible? The delicious food served here is packed with nutrition and supports your long-term well-being; the fresh Mediterranean air cleanses your lungs, and the Byzantine-inspired spa regenerates your body. And all these are just scratching the surface of what Euphoria has to offer.
The hotel is located outside the settlement of Mystras, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Euphoria Retreat is a Greek business venture founded by Marina Efraimoglou. After many years in the financial services industry, Marina shifted her focus to holistic medicine and well-being. She has studied Chinese Medicine and received long-term training in alternative therapies both in Greece and abroad.
Euphoria Retreat is surrounded by a pine forest, and it overlooks the fertile valley of the Evrotas River, which is rich in citrus and olive groves.

Dinner at the community tables

The restaurant was fitted out with long monastery-style tables to encourage gatherings and socializing among guests.
A terrace with panoramic views of the plain completes the unique experience of enjoying a healthy meal in a cleansing environment.
