This hotel is located on a boat; no big deal there; lots of hotels are on boats – hell, what about cruise ships? Well, this boat is a little different. Not only does it feature stunning design (more on that later) but it sails you on an adventurous cruise up the Amazon to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
Famous Peruvian architect, Jordi Puig designed this hotel on a 147 foot-long boat. There is a lounge, fine dining, gym, sun deck, and outdoor Jacuzzi. Your room has all the creature comforts you’re used to. Of course, there are massive windows so you can gaze at the wall of the green rainforest you pass by. Your room is air-conditioned and has a luxurious en suite bathroom. On the sun deck, there are comfy chairs where you can enjoy the sunrise with your coffee. The hotel supports local communities by providing employment and encourages forest conservation.
